Submission

Before you proceed, carefully read the submission guidelines as follows:

  1. The Paper Should be written in English.
  2. View the theme and scope topics.
  3. The length of submitted paper is at least 6 pages in A4 Paper size
  4. Roman of font size 10, two columns format), including figures, tables and references. To facilitate this, papers must conform to IEEE format. All papers for inclusion in IEEE Xplore must adhere to IEEE Xplore PDF specification.
  5. IEEE PDF eXpress® is a service allowing authors to make IEEE Xplore compatible PDFs.
  6. Full paper must be submitted through INCODE SUBMISSION SYSTEM.

Registration Note

  • Conference registration  includes  access  to  all  parallel  sessions,  invited  speakers, coffee breaks, and a conference kit.
  • IEEE Members  and  students  must  provide  proof  of  active  IEEE  membership  and student ID.
  • Presentation is mandatory for all accepted papers. Failure to present will result in the paper being excluded from the conference proceedings.
  • For participants  who  are  unable  to  attend  the  conference  in  person,  a  hybrid participation option is available. This allows participants to present their papers virtually while engaging in conference sessions and discussions online.
  • To ensure smooth coordination, hybrid participants must:
  • Submit their presentation materials (slides, videos, or posters) at least 14 days before the scheduled session.
  • Ensure stable  internet  connectivity  for  live    Pre-recorded presentations may be accepted with prior approval.
  • Actively participate in Q&A sessions through the designated virtual platform.
